When you make an enquiry, book a photography service, complete a contact form or interact with Mandy Meadows Photography, I may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, wedding or event date, venue, postal address and any other information you choose to provide.

Information may be collected through this website, email, telephone, social media, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, booking and enquiry forms, or during the course of providing photography services.

How I use your information

Your information may be used to:

  • Provide information about photography services and collections you have enquired about.

  • Manage bookings, contracts, invoices and payments.

  • Plan and provide your photography session, wedding or event.

  • Deliver photographs, galleries, albums and other products you have ordered.

Facebook and Instagram enquiries

If you submit an enquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form or advertisement, the information you provide will be passed to Mandy Meadows Photography so that I can respond to your enquiry.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing emails. Where separate consent is required for marketing, I will ask for it.

Photographs

As a photography business, photographs may contain personal data. Images are securely stored and processed as necessary to provide the photography services you have booked.

Photographs may only be used for promotional purposes such as my website, portfolio, social media or advertising where I have an appropriate lawful basis to do so, including consent where required.

I use trusted third-party services to help operate my business, which may include website hosting, client management, online galleries, payment processing, email services, cloud storage and social media platforms.

How long I keep your information

Photographs and completed client galleries may be retained for longer as part of my photography archive, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
